Showrunner ("we", "us", or "our") operates showrunner.one. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

We may collect the following when you use Showrunner:

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Responses you provide during the Brand Blueprint questionnaire
• Questions and messages you send to the AI chatbot
• Lead tracking data you choose to enter (funnel names, conversion events)
• Basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product

2. YouTube data

If you choose to connect your YouTube account, Showrunner will access:

• Your YouTube channel data (channel name, subscriber count, video metadata) via the YouTube Data API
• Your YouTube Analytics data (views, watch time, traffic sources, audience retention) via the YouTube Analytics API

This data is used solely to provide you with personalised strategy advice and analytics inside Showrunner. We do not sell, share, or use your YouTube data for advertising or any purpose other than operating the features you have requested.

Your YouTube data is stored securely and associated only with your account. You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your account settings, which will delete your stored YouTube data from our systems.

Showrunner's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and personalise Showrunner's features
• To generate your Brand Blueprint and AI strategy advice
• To display your YouTube analytics inside the platform
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
• To communicate with you about your account

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

5. Third-party services

Showrunner uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting
• Anthropic — AI responses
• Google APIs — YouTube data (only when you connect your account)

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Disconnect your YouTube account and have that data deleted
• Close your account entirely

7. Cookies

Showrunner uses minimal cookies necessary to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy
